Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Moonle. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing our digital products.

1. Digital Product Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products—digital items (PDF e-books) that are immediately accessible, downloadable, and permanently storable upon payment completion—all sales at Moonle are final. We do not accept order cancellations or issue refunds.

2. Exceptions for Technical Issues

We will only consider and process a refund or provide an alternative file if a technical issue occurs within our system, subject to the following conditions:

  • The download link is broken, or the e-book file is proven to be corrupted and cannot be opened on any device.
  • You have reported the issue to our official support email within a maximum of 48 hours of purchase.
  • We fail to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file link within 3 business days (72 hours).

3. How to Submit a Claim

If you encounter any of the technical issues mentioned above, please send an email to info@moonle.store and attach the following:

  • Valid proof of payment/transaction.
  • A screenshot or short video showing the issue or error message encountered.
